BACHS (NFP) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit choral group located in Bloomington (McLean County), Illinois. BACHS was organized in September 1998, and is the prayerful idea of Angela Lusk, wife of our Executive Director and founder. After several families agreed that a choir would meet a specific need for local home schooled students, the choir was organized with an initial enrollment of 27 students, growing to over 120 students in 2008. Any home schooled student ages 8-18 may participate.
All donations to BACHS are tax-deductible to fullest extent as allowed by law. We will provide you with a tax receipt for your records for any donations received.
A Board of Directors oversees the business of the choirs, with an Executive Director who handles administration, fundraising, staffing and general operational duties. We welcome opportunities to present professionally prepared choral music to our community.
