Refund and Returns Policy

BACHS will ensure that your payments are processed securely and the information provided is safe.

Overview

BACHS is a member service organization, and all payments provided via this website are for services that are rendered to families, or to cover service fees for being part o the organization. There are no physical products that are provided to members, with the exception of the rental (security deposit) for formal wear that is provided to high school students.

Refunds

Family registration is not refundable, but if a family cannot be part of the program and has not attended a rehearsal (first two sessions), can receive a refund for the membership fees. After the first 30 days of the choir session, refunds will not be given unless there are extenuating circumstances.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of the board approval.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts / Donations

BACHS is grateful for all donations and gifts. These items are not available for a refund. If you need a tax receipt for your donation we ask that you print your electronic payment receipt, but if you need a letter with more precise details please contact us and we will do our best to provide the needed tax receipt.

Shipping Costs

BACHS will not cover shipping costs if formal attire is returned via postal service.
