Concert & Cookie Social Sign Up

All families need to bring a dozen cookies (sign-up below)

At the end of each year during the concert, we have a cookie social.  This year we will have some additional activities that will take place.  In order to have a fantastic spring concert, we need families to help set up and serve during the event.

Working together everyone shares the load and makes the effort light.

What’s the incentive?

Outside of serving the Lord joyfully.   If you are part of the Setup and Service team for the event, we will reserve your family’s seats before the doors open.

• Setup for Concert: Assist with putting out reserved seating, & setting up the room.
• Usher at Concert: Handing out programs and assisting with receiving the offering.
• T-Shirt Sales: Helping distribute and sell any additional t-shirts that will be available.
• Setup Reception Area: Arrange tables, set out plates and other items, chill drinks, and sort cookies as they come in.
• Serve at Reception (Cookies and Cake):  Cut and serve cake and ensure cookies and drinks are available.
• Clean Up Reception Area: Remove table cloths, help gather any trash, and return room to order.
