COVID Information and Procedures

BACHS will do everything possible to ensure that in-person choir this year is a positive and safe experience for you and your child(ren). Each choir member, or family member, that attend choir or is in the building during choir will be requested to do the following:

  1. All persons in the building will wear a mask, or singers mask*, per Gov. Pritzker Announcment Indoor Mask Requirement for State.
  2. Hand sanitier will be avaible for students to use, and we will remind students to use it on arriving and leaving practice.
  3. Seats will be set out in a socially distant format. Students should not move chairs or move to another space during practice. Once seated the students will have the option to remove their mask. (This decision is provided so that each family has the prerogative to make the best decision for their needs.)
  4. All families must submit a signed waiver and general release of liability relating to coronavirus/COVID-19

There is no requirement that students be vaccinated. Each family must make that decision, but if you attend choir without a vaccine we want you to understand the added risk.

*BACHS will provide a single lower quality singer mask, and have normal masks if one is forgotten. Families can purchase their own higher-quality singers mask, if desired.
